IFA Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £19k - £23k DOE + Great benefit package
Location: Worthing
Hours: 9am-17.30pm

You will already have a proven background of working in financial services ideally an IFA or wealth management organisation and have great organisation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing client letters and emails
- Diary management
- Booking meetings and general day to day support as required
- Working closely with the IFA’s and Paraplanners
- Dealing with incoming telephone queries
- Completing application forms and new client forms
- Co-ordinating incoming and outgoing post
- Preparing documentation for the financial advisors
- General admin, filing and scanning
- Ensuring FCA compliance is adhered to
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven background within financial services, ideally within an IFA/Wealth management firm
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills and using Intelligent Office would be an advantage
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent team player
