HR Advisor

HR Advisor (KG2027) Essex, England

Salary: GBP30000 - GBP30000 per annum

Kingswood Group are partnering with a national, commercial organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor as their team is growing at head office. Working closely with the HR Advisory team and supporting the HR Business Partners this role requires strong Employee Relations and case management experience as well as having a generalist knowledge of HR.

The role will be full time and based at head office (during covid restrictions the role will work remotely but will be back full time in the office post pandemic restrictions). 

Key deliverables include:

  • Provide a comprehensive advisory service to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in the management of its staff in line with employment law.
  • Handling complex ER matters.
  • Supporting, influencing and guiding managers on all aspects of HR in line with business objectives.
  • Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys etc) to identify any trends and provide robust solutions to deal with any issues.
  • Support the HR Administration team in collating and preparing HR related statistical information needed for reporting requirement to the senior HR management team.
  • To create, develop and facilitate HR training courses in line with the needs of the business.

Ideally the successful candidate will have/be:

  • CIPD – Level 5 (Desirable)
  • Experience in complex ER matters up to and including dismissal
  • Good understanding of employment legislation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced multi-sited organisation (Desirable)
  • Experience with managing high volumes of cases
  • A team player, demonstrate ability to adapt and flex to changing business requirements and work autonomously
