Talent Acquisition Partner 12 month FTC (KG2028) City of London, England

Salary: GBP60000 - GBP70000 per annum

A leading global professional services firm is looking to appoint an experienced end to end Talent Acquisition Partner to work in their City of London office on a 12 month FTC. Starting ASAP this role will be partnering with multiple business lines to manage their end to end recruitment.

Key deliverables include but not limited to:

  • Manage the full recruitment process and life-cycle; from role identification through to candidate offer, on-boarding and integration, in conjunction with hiring managers, local HR representatives and the shared service function.
  • Provide commercial and pragmatic advice to the business and work with them to develop acquisition solutions
  • Develop trusted and robust partnerships within HR, the firm and across the supplier base
  • Define individual sourcing strategies, driving online media, branding and direct attraction methodologies; reducing our hiring costs and driving our external brand
  • Facilitate the selection and assessment approach to lateral hiring. Drive quality and consistency across the selection and assessment of internal and external talent
  • Ensure that Hiring Managers and Partners have the tools, technology and skills necessary to operate within the firms Value proposition, legislation and best practise.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience operating in a similar level role within an international professional/corporate environment. Experience in recruiting for IT and Technology would be highly desirable. The ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships is essential. A high level of client service ethic and a strong team player who can think pragmatically is sought by the client.
