We are working with our client in the health care industry to source an immediately available HR Business Partner with strong employee relations experience to join them on an initial short term contract to support their clients with a high volume of cases. This role will be based from home with no travel required. Therefore the role can be based from anywhere in the UK.

This role is to start ASAP for an initial period of 4 weeks and will work with a number of different client sites to manage their employee relations issues, mainly grievances. Due to covid-19 a number of employees are still furloughed and so this role will provide additional support to the HR team. Experience managing case work is essential along with the proven experience in dealing with senior stakeholders. 

This role will pay a day rate and does require with experience working in health care in a similar role.
