In this position you will be working with an end client in the Oil & Gas industry that will be kicking off an Ariba greenfield implementation any day now. This role is to be the go between with the business and the IT/System Implementation team. Your main stakeholders will be stream leads and C-Level from the business. The end goal of this position is to ensure (using your existing Oil & Gas industry knowledge) that the implementation parameters align with best industry practice and business requirements.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business to understand requirements with regards to Ariba within the Oil & Gas industry
- Work with the system implementation team to ensure the implementation and Ariba landscapes adheres to best industry practice and standards
- Manage third party vendor relationships and client engagement
- Help steer the implementation down the right path with your Oil & Gas and Ariba knowledge and experience
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is essential
- Knowledge of Ariba as a technology and landscape is essential
- Hands on functional configuration and development of Ariba is highly desirable
- Can demonstrate the capability to engage with the business and story tell
