Role: SAP EAM Business Analyst
Contract Length: 2 months
Days of work per week: Flexible full time or part time
Location: Work from Home flexibility with some on-site presence required
Rate: $600 - $750 per day
Role and Responsibility:
- Work with an existing SAP EAM Lead and End User team to assist in the consolidation of stock processes and SAP EAM data collecting and cleansing
- Draw on your experience as an SAP Business Analyst and exposure to SAP EAM to put together process maps and standard practice for end users of the SAP EAM system
- Establish, classify and identify items within the EAM and WM streams for creation of reference numbers and equipment across maintenance plans
- Create new equipment with reference to reference equipment
- Install newly created equipment in SAP at functional/storage locations
- Experience running workshops on Microsoft Teams as well as face-to-face to gather business requirements and existing processes
Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience as an SAP Business Analyst
- 1+ years experience on an SAP EAM landscape and technology
- Experience in process mapping, data collection, collation and input
- Experience in creation of SAP EAM reference numbers, items and stocktake processes
- Experience in running both virtual and face-to-face workshops
- Experience in working with end users to understand and process map business standards and procedures
- Experience on Excel Spreadsheet
