About the Role:
- Support people in their own homes across Semington, Trowbridge, Westbury & Lavington.
- Lead & motivate a team to deliver excellent care support.

You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities & autism.
- Can lead, supervise & motivate a team. (Level 3 NVQ/QCF is a plus!)
- Are kind, friendly, & a great communicator.
