Salary:	GBP65000 - GBP75000 per annum + £5k Car Allowance & Bonus Scheme

Oversee commercial management for responsive repairs and voids works
Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
Lead procurement and subcontractor management processes
Provide monthly cost value reports and financial forecasting
Administer payments, variations, and change orders
Mentor and guide junior QS team members
Engage with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
