Part of a large International Group, this successful manufacturer leads the way in R&D and solutions to industry. The business has developed over 150 variations are experiencing excellent progress in the market. They have exciting growth plans to double the turnover over the next 5 years and they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to support with this.  As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to promote company products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning, informing marketing strategies and product development.
  • Manage the development of marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and messaging. Manage digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic and generating leads, encompassing website optimization, email campaigns, social media management, and online advertising.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and services and build brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales support materials, and monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external marketing agencies to leverage additional expertise and resources in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision.
  • Creative flair - with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
