Role & Responsibilities:

As Service Manager you will lead the service operations. This pivotal role involves managing a team of field-based service engineers and office-based administrative staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance, compliance, and customer service.

  • Lead and manage a team of service engineers and office-based admin staff
  • Coordinate service schedules, planned maintenance, and emergency call-outs
  • Oversee customer service delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor KPIs, service performance, and client satisfaction
  • Manage internal workflows, documentation, and reporting systems
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of service contracts, SLAs, and compliance documentation

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a Service Manager role
  • Background with service and sales
  • Ideally have worked within a facilities, M&E or fire alarm systems background
  • Strong people management skills
