Part of a large International Group, this successful manufacturer leads the way in R&D and solutions to industry. The business has developed over 150 variations are experiencing excellent progress in the market. They have exciting growth plans to double the turnover over the next 5 years and they are currently looking for a Technical CAD Estimator to support this.
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop AutoCAD: Learn and master the creation of 2D AutoCAD drawings to accompany customer quotes
- Assist with customer enquiries, ensuring that clients receive prompt and knowledgeable responses.
- Produce tailored quotations that align with customer needs and follow up on them to secure successful conversions.
- Contribute to boosting sales by nurturing client relationships and ensuring quotes align with their budget and specifications.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a CAD or a technical sales role previously
- A strong desire to develop skills in estimating, AutoCAD 2D, and customer service, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers
