Roles & Responsibilities:
Processing orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy. Co-ordinating order and date amendments. Liaising with the relevant departments to ensure the customer requirements are met. Responsible for ownership of orders/accounts ensuring no orders are in the past.
- Inputting all customer orders on the Company ERP System – SAP
- Ensure all order details are supplied by the customer, contact customers where information is missing
- Ability to manage customer accounts and be the main point of contact for all order related queries
- Managing quality checks on all orders
- Control bulk order management and reduce bulks accordingly when cut length schedules are received whilst also ensuring that bulk orders are phased correctly
- Liaise with customers re delays due to manufacture/stock
- Routing of complaints to the aftercare department
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience within an Administration based role
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with Microsoft packages and ERP systems
