Roles & Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to the Sales department and customers. Other aspects include preparation and filing of standard technical documents and CAD drawings; assisting in product testing programs; and assisting in continuous improvement of technical service and customer experience.

• To support the sale of products through the dissemination of technical information
• To provide robust technical advice and solutions to design related problems relative to the product range
• To conduct in depth calculation and qualification of the suitability of products for use

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Technical Advisor, Technical Engineer or Technical Applications Engineer role previously
• Proven ability to read, understand and amend technical drawings
• Able to conduct in-depth structural calculations/ test product's suitability
• Experience of liaising with customers, understanding design briefs or specifications
