Roles & Responsibilities
- Responding to all customer enquiries via telephone and email, to provide information on projects, quotations, product offers, advice on specifications and lead times.
- To compile all quotations, interpreting the customers request and in line with the specification if relevant.
- Provide product guidance to customers and/or any stakeholders in the specification chain to promote the appropriate use and application of products.
- Ensure correct use and application of the pricing guidelines for all products at quotation stage.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Need a technical / detailed mind to be able to adapt to the product knowledge.
- Experience or understanding of a sales environment
- Previously worked within manufacturing
