Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to verify compliance with product specifications and quality standards
• Perform specialist testing, including mineral fibre testing, panel shear testing, and fit tests to support production requirements
• Inspect, measure, and record incoming raw materials, including wool slab conformity checks
• Carry out routine quality inspections, yard audits, and Health & Safety checks
• Analyse test data to identify trends, non-conformances, and continuous improvement opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Quality Technician role
• Strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills
• Can interpret test data and material behaviours
