Role & Responsibilities:
You will take a primary role in development of networking, control and container services for our satellite communications products which are based around MCU’s and Linux Single-Board Computers. We have some exciting new products that will allow you to build embedded architectures from the ground up.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
5+ years C, C++ and/or Linux software engineering experience
In-depth understanding of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, routing and traffic management
Familiarity with MCU’s and Single-Board Computers, e.g. STM32, Raspberry Pi
Experience with OCI containers (runc)
Excellent computer science principles (maintainability, security)
Solid grasp of OOP, software architecture, design best practices/patterns
Debugging and problem solving skills
Git and GitHub
