What are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced legal recruiter to join our London & International private practice team. The team is very well established, working in the London market since 1996 and you would be joining a team of experienced, busy consultants. We are committed to build this market leading team with impressive and experienced consultants.

As a driven and very commercially aware consultant, you’ll have a proven track record in legal recruitment. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent.

Highlights of the role

• Opportunity to work a very warm and well established permanent private practice desk with strong client and candidate relationships.
• Opportunity to use your expertise in legal recruitment to source the best legal talent for UK and international markets
• You’ll be working with a wide variety of law firms from international/ US/top regional, top 100 and specialist boutique firms, whom we have established relationships with. We are on the PSLs and have lots of roles open to work on client portals.
• Clients that include magic circle, silver circle, international, national, US as well as West End, niche, boutique and virtual law firms.
• Access to the offshore market in The Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Channel Islands.
• Team collaboration dedicated to providing an excellent service to law firms and lawyers alike, with no limits on the type of law firm or role you can work on.
