Production Operative – Frozen Fish Factory

Location: LN7 6PX– Rural Location (Own Transport Essential)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00

Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rate: 13.80 per hour

Contract: Temporary with potential to go permanent after 12 weeks

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy frozen fish factory, working on a very fast-paced production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a fast-moving production line processing frozen fish products
• Packing, weighing and labelling products accurately
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
• Carrying out quality checks with a strong attention to detail
• General factory and cleaning duties as required
• Manual labouring duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or factory environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work at speed on a fast production line
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00
• Own transport is essential due to rural location (limited/no public transport)
