Castle Industrial and Construction are currently recruiting an experienced Site Welder for our client based in the Whitby area
As a Site Welder, you will be required to
- Fabricate and weld bespoke products to client specification using both MIG and TIG welding technique in the workshop
- Working on site completing on site installations and repairs during client shut downs
- Work from detailed CAD drawings
- Weld using various materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
To considered for the Site Welder role you will
- Ideally, time served
- Experienced in both MIG and TIG welding (minimum 2 year's experience)
- Can interpret technical drawings
- Work to an exceptionally high standard
- Have previous experience of on site welding, CSCS and IPAF cards advantageous but not essential
- Previous coding not required an offer will be made on competition of a successful fabrication/weld test
The benefits of the Site Welder are;
Hours Mon to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm (30 Min's unpaid lunch) you must also have the flexibility to work outside these core hours when required for site and installation work
Pay up to £15 per hour depending on experience, plus overtime after 40 hours
