An established and successful construction business is recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator & Welder to join their team in Bridlington, East Yorkshire to work in a growing and expanding company on the night shift.
As the Structural Steel Fabricator & Welder you will be responsible for;
- Working from technical detailed shop fabrication drawings to tolerances.
- Plating and tacking up assemblies ensuring they are assembled to correct tolerances
- Competent in the handling and moving heavy structural beams using a gantry crane
- Ability to work independently and be responsible for checking their own work
- Be Hardworking, Reliable, and Punctual.
- Weld products in order to assist with production requirements
- Assessing engineering drawings for products to be welded
- Ensure a clean as you go policy at all times
To be considered for the Structural Steel Fabricator role you will;
- Have 2 years of previous structural steel experience in Fabrication
- Previously MIG welded to a coded standard
- Read and understand detailed CAD drawings
