An opportunity has opened for the right candidate to work on behalf of a growing successful engineering company based in the outskirts of Scarborough. The business are seeking a of Fabricator / Plater Welders to join their expanding team on the day shift

As the Fabricator / Plater Welder your duties will include:

• Working on the structural steel engineering projects
• You will be working in the main fabrication shop

To be a successful Plater / Fabricator Welder you will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified in engineering / welding / fabrication;
• Experience of working on structural steel / heavy engineering projects;
• Possess relevant steel fabrication experience from a heavy structural engineering background;
• Possess the ability to read drawings;
• Previous experience in plating / fabricating and welding.
• Ideally worked to a coded level within structural steel

The working hours will Monday to Friday : 07.30am - 4.00pm 

In return, you will receive £11.35 per hour

Overtime x1.5 after 40 hours
