Castle Employment is looking for experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives for our client based in York who due to continued expansion are looking to grow their team.

The key responsibilities for the Electrical Assembly Operatives role:

• To assemble and produce electrical component parts
• Working from detailed drawings and SOP’s
• Follow instruction from Team Leader and Production Supervisor

Experience required for the Electrical Assembly Operative role:

• Have previous experience of working in a similar role building and assembling electrical component parts
• Have previous panel wiring experience
• Be able to read and interpret drawings
• Pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy when working at a pace
• Good communication skills
• Have a flexible approach to work, may be required to work outside core hours from time to time

The Benefits of the Electrical Assembly Operative Role:

• This is a temporary ongoing position which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate
• The Hourly rate of pay is £9.56ph Plus Overtime available at
• Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Rotating shift pattern

(Maybe required to work outside these core hours from time to time)
