Supply Teachers in West Essex

Position: Supply Teachers - day-to-day, long-term and permanent positions available

Location: West Essex  

Pay Rate: Starting from £130 per day, with enhanced rates for subject specialisms and extended bookings

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Delivering high-quality teaching across various subjects and age groups

- Adapting to different school environments and student needs

- Maintaining classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment

- Planning and delivering engaging lessons when required

- Assessing and recording student progress

Requirements:

- Previous classroom experience is essential

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable

- A degree with a relevant subject specialism is highly desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt and be flexible in different teaching environments
