Customer Service - Transport (210637787) Moorebank, Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD35 - AUD40 per hour + + super

My client is a National Logistics business with a growing presence across the country. Due to consistent growth, they are looking to add a Customer Service Officer to the team based in Moorebank. This is a temp to perm role for someone with a positive attitude who wants to be part of a great team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports
  • Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork
  • Assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle general office duties including phones, filing, and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold company standards
  • Assist in other areas of the business when required
  • Act as a liaison between Customers, Operations and Management to ensure customer needs are met
  • Familiarity with TMS software (preferred)

You will ideally have 1-2 years in a similar role in transport & logistics.
