• $40-$50 per hour inclusive of casual loading
• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm but be flexible to work additional hours during busy periods

We are currently seeking a Production Planner to large manufacturing business in the infrastructure & construction space.This will be a temp role for 3-6 months as my client goes through a busy period with some major projects. You will work close with both the Planning & Productions teams.

Daily Duties

• Data imports
• Scheduling out each product for each department apart from Custom Schedule to mould availability
• Maintain LT/ scheduling inbox from Sales/Rep
• Maintain standard production / demand planning with Procurement team
• Makes any changes from request from Team leaders 
• Rescheduling each afternoon for the next day
• Send out daily reports
• Unscheduled vs scheduled
• All emails received and replied to by no later than 4pm
• Imports done daily
• Removed items, are viewed daily

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in production planning or supply chain planning 
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field ideal
• Strong experience with ERP systems 
• Understanding of manufacturing environments 
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills 
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
