We are pleased to announce that Zoetis Egypt will organize an Internship Program for undergraduates and fresh graduates this summer for 1-2 months to provide them with the opportunity to work at Zoetis on short-term developmental assignments over the summertime.

Logistics

• Helping in logistics coordination (shipments, warehousing).
• Preparing reports and presentations for the supply chain team.
• Using tools/software (e.g., Excel, SAP, or any system you used).
• Deal with government agencies (approvals and documents).
• Prepare shipping documents (invoice, packing list, airway bill, certificates, customs forms).

Customer Service

• Handle the customer service cycle overview
• Make different function in SAP (inventory, sales ordering, pick and pack and invoicing)
• Attend real calls & meetings with ICS team to know about forecasting, allocation, shipping requirements to different markets
• Prepare in market and to market sales reports
