Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for our client.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing payments into the Accounts Payable system, keying summary bills and utility bills in system, and matching invoices. Also responsible for resolving errors through coordination with Materials Management and vendors, reconciliation of vendor statements, and maintaining reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
Experience processing 200+ invoices per day
QuickBooks and Excel experience (Highly Recommended)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Weekly payroll processing experience
