Looking for a Product Manager role who will be responsible for increasing the game’s revenue through tactical product interventions while ensuring that the product is stable and performant.

It is one of the world's leading mobile gaming platform that allows users to participate in free as well as paid competitions across 50+ games in multiple categories. It is an Indian gaming platform. It includes fantasy sports, board games, sports games, puzzle, casual etc . It has over 90 million registered users across India, Europe, and North America and host multiple tournaments.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Own the end to end player experience (measured against engagement metrics)
• Engage with player research and customer support to identify player pain points
• Drive data analysis to size player problems and evaluate product performance
• Be the voice of the player in all product strategy and business decisions
• Study user behaviour using App Analytics software
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, our studio partners, and other product management team members
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Conduct user feedback sessions via call, surveys and in person events
• Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies

• Has 3+ years of relevant gaming experience with global gaming companies, managing similar gaming categories
• Has demonstrated the ability to translate consumer insight into product features
• Has high agency and experience working with multiple teams to ship things through
• Has worked in a metrics-rich environment and can be hands-on with data
• Experience setting up product rituals and design processes would be a plus
• Experience with functional coding in Python / R to model systems would be a plus
