I am currently on the market recruiting for a client who is seeking a 3rd Line Analyst who has extensive experience and background in Desktop and Applications to join their IT Delivery & Operations Team.
Being part of desktop and Applications team you will provide ownership for the design, development, management, architecture, operation and full lifecycle of all Desktop Infrastructure including but not limited to SCCM, AD/GPO/GPP, Citrix, Client Desktop Engineering and configuration, client patching and Desktop AV. In addition to this, the team provide deep-dive 3rd line support across a number of legal specific and Office 365 suite of applications.
The role will entail
- 3rd line Application support on Windows 10, 0365 and Server (2008/12/16) environments
- Defining and controlling Windows 10 build configuration – using GPO & scripting
- Defining application packaging
- Managing the release or update of applications through our third party provider using SCCM
- Acting as technical resource to assist with project delivery. This will include OS lifecycle, patching and Server security updates, Palo Alto VPN, new Document Management system amongst others
