IT Project Manager required for a leading organisation based within the Midlands where the role will be to pick up a number of projects. For this particular role we're looking for a demonstrable skills/experience base including Transport related Systems (Requirements Capture, Development, Testing, Rollout, & Early Life Support) from a Business Perspective as opposed to an IT 'Technical' perspective.
The ideal candidate
- will have to be able to work in a Prince II focused environment but with the flexibility to adapt to the changing requirements of the business re additional Admin &/or Controls.
- The candidate should be an advanced user of the Microsoft suite of systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) & Video Conferencing.
- Experience of Googlemail & the Google Suite of systems would also be an advantage but is not essential.
- The candidate should have a sound commercial mind & 3PL experience would be deemed extremely favourable.
- Operational experience working in a Transport &/or Warehousing environment & or Continuous Improvement is beneficial.
