My client is a renowned UK law firm specialising in medical negligence, personal injury, mental capacity, and education law. We are seeking a Managing Associate for our Mental Capacity team, based in Bristol with hybrid working options. In this role, you will lead complex property and affairs cases, acting as a professional attorney or deputy.
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of PQE in Mental Capacity law, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and exhibit a proactive, empathetic approach. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and mentoring junior lawyers.
