Key Requirements

• You must have between 2 and 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• You must be common law qualified (e.g. England & Wales, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand).
• You would have trained and qualified with a top-tier international (US or Magic Circle) law firm and have gained experience working within a Banking & Finance practice. Proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• You would have experience advising financial institutions, government bodies, and multinational businesses on a range of conventional finance transactions in areas such as acquisition and leveraged financing, commercial lending, debt capital markets, debt restructuring, and asset finance.
• Ideally, you would be based in the UAE, but international candidates would also be strongly considered.
• Excellent academics from a reputed university is essential for this role.
