? Picker – Stafford (ST18)

£482.25–£578.63 per week* | Full‑time | Temp‑to‑Perm | Immediate Starts

*Based on 37.5 hours per week, and zero absence

Gi Group is acting as a recruitment intermediary for a client in Stafford. This is full‑time, long‑term temporary work on a modern site with an 3‑week training programme, leading to temp‑to‑perm opportunities.

You must be able to travel to Stafford (ST18).

You must work full‑time weekly rotating shifts.

You must pass Maths, English & Drug/Alcohol tests before starting.

You must be able to start work within 7 days of successful interview.

What You’ll Do (Picker Role)

• Accurately pick items to order using handheld systems
• Work to daily pick targets in a fast‑paced environment
• Complete quality checks on picked items
• Wrap, label and prepare goods for dispatch
• Maintain accurate paperwork
• Support wider distribution operations when required

Requirements

• 1 year of picking or warehouse experience - Warehouse Experience Preferred
• Travel to Stafford (ST18)
• Weekly rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
• Shift patterns: Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat
• Commitment to the 3‑week training programme (ideally no holidays during this period)
• Reliable, punctual, long‑term mindset
