Production Operative

Location: Warrington (WA5)

Contract Type: Temporary

*Position to start late August, early September, you must be available for onsite induction the week commencing 17th Aug. No holidays to be taken in the first 4 weeks of training.

What You’ll Be Doing

Join as a Production Operative and become an essential part of preparing customer orders. In this role, you’ll:

• Pick and pack various products into meal boxes.
• Use a light-guided system to follow simple picking instructions.
• Scan barcodes to confirm product accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality and food safety throughout your shift.

Working Environment

This is a chilled warehouse environment with temperatures around 3°C. Please ensure you’re comfortable working in a cold setting and bring suitable warm clothing.

Shift Patterns and Pay Rates

• Day Shift: 6am–6pm, £13.45/hour (4 shifts between Thursday and Monday).
• Night Shift: 6pm–6am, £14.61/hour (4 shifts from Thursday to Sunday).
