Ground Maintenance Worker (BK4763) Scarborough, England

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of garden maintenance work including grass cutting, litter picking, cutting back shrubs/bushes, weeding beds, the general upkeep and maintenance of the customer's grounds.
You will be expected to provide a responsive, visible service in a professional, courteous and helpful manner whilst responding to service requests effectively to an agreed standard and to ensure targets are achieved.
The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of occupational health and safety as well as general gardening awareness. Due to the nature of the role a valid driving licence is essential.
They will be excellent communicators with experience in ground maintenance and have the ability to work with conflicting pressures and changing priorities.
This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate
Pay rate £7.70 - £8.21 per hour
