Castle Industrial are recruiting for Agricultural Labourers with their own transport, to work for our clients across the North & East Yorkshire areas. The roles and locations vary from Potato Grading to Rouging Labouring work.  Working hours are usually 8 or 12 hours shifts Monday to Friday and may include weekends when required.  Offering Pay Rates from £8.21ph to £10.10per hour.  Scarborough, Malton, Driffield and York areas available.

As a Potato Grader or Agricultural Labourer you will be required to;

• Grade potatoes on size and quality
• Removing debris such as rocks and stones from the line
• Work on grading machines both as they are harvested and also when in the warehouse
• Work at a fast pace.
• Tending and Weeding from a variety of crops
• Transporting Weed Sacks from field to Stores

To be considered as a Potato Grader or Agricultural Labourer roles you must have:

• Previous experience within an agricultural role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
• Have a flexible approach to hours during the season you may be required to work long shifts including some weekends
• Own transport is desirable due to the locations of the work 
• These roles can be physically demanding

The roles require candidates with a fantastic work ethic, to work outdoors with heavy manual labour.
