Production Operatives are required to join a Family run, forward thinking and welcoming company based in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor, with immediate starts available for the right candidate.

The role of Production Operative will include;

• Working as part of a team re-fitting vans
• Working to drawings, measuring and cutting new panels using a jig-saw
• Fitting new panels into the back of the vans
• Treating the interior panels and laminates to increase protection
• Working in a fast-paced environment

 To be considered for the role of the Production Operative you will:

• Have your own transport due to location
• Ideally you will have production experience
• Have a good knowledge and ability to work to Metric measurements

This will be working Monday to Friday 7am – 3:30pm with one 15-minute morning break and a 45-minute lunch break, starting on a minimum wage salary of £7.70-£8.21 per hour depending on your age. Once you have completed your training, and are fully competent in the role, your salary will rise to £8.50 per hour.
