An independent, raw material agricultural processing business who supply in to the Animal Feed Industry, based near Market Weighton are recruiting for a Production Operator with a Counterbalance FLT to join their small team. The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a highly automated production and packaging environment and be able to work autonomously with a proactive approach to all production duties.
The Warehouse Stores Operative will be responsible for;
- Deal with Goods in and Goods out
- Allocate stock into the warehouse via in house scanning system
- Pick stock to support the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis
- Ensure all pallets are labelled correctly
- Book all delivered pallets on to the In House system
- Test incoming raw materials for temperature and moisture levels
- Log all goods in onto SAGE
To be successful as the Warehouse Stores Operative you will;
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Have an RITTB (Or equivalent) Counterbalance FLT certificate or have Counterbalance FLT experience
- Have good IT skills
- Work well as part of as team and independently
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have own transport due to location
