Support Worker – Flexible Day & Night Shifts

Location: Ringstead, Kettering (NN14)
Contract: Part-Time / Ad Hoc Shifts
Shifts: 8am–8pm (Days) | 8pm–8am (Nights)

Brook Street Social Care is recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers for a friendly residential care home in Ringstead, near Kettering.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with meals, hydration and mobility.
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

• A caring, compassionate and reliable individual.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous care experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts.
• Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle, or someone who can reliably travel to Ringstead.
