We are recruiting a Order Management (m/f) with fluency in French to join our client’s operation located in Lisbon.

As a Order Management (m/f) you will be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools;
  • Updating/maintaining the systems/tools standard process documentation which may include:
    • Execution of transactions;
    • With minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from the group-specific system;
    • Auditing own data entry for accuracy & make needed corrections;
    • Conducting data verification.
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards;
  • Producing standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar, and punctuation;
  • Complying with our client’s standards, procedures, and policies, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., regulations related to recoveries of debit balances);
  • Engaging in issue resolution procedures and following escalation processes;
  • Executing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Workplace: Lisbon (Amoreiras)
Note: first three months fully in the office, and afterward hybrid

Work schedule: from 09 am until 06 pm, from Monday to Friday

What do we look for in you?

  • Academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other related;
  • Proven experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years (mandatory);
  • Written and spoken fluency in French (mandatory);
  • Good command of English (at least a B2 level);
  • Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment.
  • Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance.
  • Organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues
