Agency Appointments & Compliance

Location:  Portage, Michigan


Job Summary:

As a member of the marketing team, handle all new agency appointments, maintenance of customer accounts in Salesforce and uphold the integrity of the information in Salesforce – our customer relationship management system. This position is best suited for someone who has strong attention to detail and enjoys working alone but can work with others as needed, displaying excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

Agency Appointments

  • Data Entry
  • Running Credit Reports
  • Communication with customers
  • Documentation and follow up Maintaining and Updating Salesforce Account Information
  • Performing changes and updates to Salesforce accounts
  • Recognizing where more correspondence is necessary
  • Documentation and communication
  • Work with various teams Creating Campaigns
  • Data entry from business cards after conventions
  • Creation of campaigns in Salesforce Special Projects
  • Research bounced e-mails
  • Contact clean up
  • Other projects as opportunities arise

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
