Role
- Driving and leading the delivery of effective accounts receivable/credit operations
- Providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to offer assistance and advise around payments
- Mentor, train and develop staff members
- Manage and drive changes to improve processes
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Skills + Experience
- You will be a strong leader with proven experience managing teams, whilst maintaining BAU processes
- Exposure to high volume and complex account management
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to confidently drive process improvement and automation
- Strong experience using Excel
