Position: Food Production Operative
Location: Paisley
Shifts: Monday to Thursday, Night Shift 1630-finish (0100) 
Pay: From £13.45 per hour, paid weekly
Contract: Temporary, ongoing, permanent position available for the right person

About the Role:
Kenect Recruitment is looking for dedicated Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced production environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to batch instructions

• Monitor and perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area

• Follow all health and safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written english

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency

• Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving stock

• Ability to lift, move 20kg boxes onto pallets

• Ability to stay productive and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude

• Must have own transport due to finish time
