- Consistently seek new ways of discovering fresh insight and ideas for Events and Sponsorships
- Integrate core thought leadership
- Oversee key events across Germany and Israel providing support and guidance where required
- Lead and oversee core Advisory Groups across the business
- Manage all external agencies including but not limited to: design, production, catering and venue hire
- Development and maintenance of event tools like planning and briefing documents, production running sheets and event agendas
- Deliver monthly and quarterly updates on Events and Sponsorship programmed to senior stakeholders
- Continually build knowledge of external industry events and sponsorships to provide valuable internal insights
- Regularly seek ways to improve marketing automation by implementing methods, procedures and platforms to increase efficiency and scale
- Day to day management and development of one team member Budget, Measurement and ROI
- Assume responsibility for evaluating and reporting on ROI for all Events & Sponsorship activity and provide monthly reports to Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders
- Be accountable for, and have oversight of the overall Marketing & Events budget Partnership Management
- Establish, nurture and maintain partner and sponsorship relationships across the EMEA region
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal team heads through regular monthly update meetings Skills and Requirements:
- A dynamic, strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing an integrated Events and Sponsorship programmed
- Understanding of B2B or professional services marketing (versus consumer brands)
- Experience managing a small team
- Excellent event management and communication skills
