Senior Events Manager

Senior Events Manager (JH - 62265) City of London, England

Salary: GBP30 - GBP35 per hour

 

 

  • Consistently seek new ways of discovering fresh insight and ideas for Events and Sponsorships
  • Integrate core thought leadership
  • Oversee key events across Germany and Israel providing support and guidance where required
  • Lead and oversee core Advisory Groups across the business
  • Manage all external agencies including but not limited to: design, production, catering and venue hire
  • Development and maintenance of event tools like planning and briefing documents, production running sheets and event agendas
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly updates on Events and Sponsorship programmed to senior stakeholders
  • Continually build knowledge of external industry events and sponsorships to provide valuable internal insights
  • Regularly seek ways to improve marketing automation by implementing methods, procedures and platforms to increase efficiency and scale

 

  • Day to day management and development of one team member Budget, Measurement and ROI
  • Assume responsibility for evaluating and reporting on ROI for all Events & Sponsorship activity and provide monthly reports to Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders
  • Be accountable for, and have oversight of the overall Marketing & Events budget Partnership Management
  • Establish, nurture and maintain partner and sponsorship relationships across the EMEA region
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal team heads through regular monthly update meetings Skills and Requirements:
  • A dynamic, strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing an integrated Events and Sponsorship programmed
  • Understanding of B2B or professional services marketing (versus consumer brands)
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Excellent event management and communication skills
