Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Security & Privacy Manager (Digital) for a 6 Month contract based in Edinburgh.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Security & Privacy Manager, you’ll be working to improve the digital journeys of our customers, helping to educate them about fraud and security. We’ll look to you to make sure that changes our customer journeys are not only safe, but also easy to use. Through your careful analysis of markets, MI and competitors, you’ll directly influence how we can improve our customer service.

As a Security & Privacy Manager (Digital) you will be responsible for:

Utilising data and reports to implement change for continual improvements

Understanding our digital strategy processes and propositions and how they link to the bank

Driving customer education initiatives across channels to help keep customers safe and secure 
Managing and optimising the security centres on our website

Providing insight to understand emerging themes and trends, and assessing the impact on our digital security proposition

What we require from the candidate:

• Digital banking experience 4+ years
• Fraud prevention / securitisation / privacy initiators / digital

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
