ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Two Scots are teaming with a leading construction company who are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. Our client pride's themselves on being a successful commercial construction who promote growth within and have a really family culture. The organisation is currently needing an Accounts Payable Officer with an immediate start for an 6 month contract role on a four day a week basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be responsible for:
- Data entry and processing of invoices
- Ensure daily mail into Accounts Payable is sorted and batched
- Filling of all Accounts Payable invoice batches
- Additional ad hoc duties within the team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 2 year’s experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Previous experience in high volume invoice processing
- High level of accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills & 'can do' attitude
- Experience processing payments is desirable
