About the Role:
Reporting to the Finance and Operations teams, this is a hands-on Accounts Officer role supporting both accounting and general business functions. You will be responsible for assisting with invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, and general accounts administration, while also providing support to operations and customer service functions.
A basic understanding of accounting principles and strong attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and supplier bills accurately and efficiently
- Enter financial data into accounting software
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and basic accounting tasks
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Provide administrative support to Finance and Operations teams
- Assist with customer service and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Perform general office and data entry duties as required
You Will Have:
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and functions)
- Reliable, organised, and motivated attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (required)
