Two Scots are partnering with a leading aged care provider (NFP) based in Hawthorn. They are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team. The role is a 3 month role with potential to extend - immediate start.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be responsible for:
- Contact customers to obtain payment details, direct debit forms etc
- Follow up on missing/rejected payments
- Run Customer Direct Debits
- Ensure all cash collections are allocated in a timely manner including direct debits, cheques, EFTs, Credit Cards, Bpay etc. Match all deposits and remittances advice that are sent through the customer. Process into the system to reflect the payment on their accounts
- Be responsible for the timely completion of the banking process during the month end to ensure the sub- ledger aligns with the general ledgers
- Effective and timely identification of unallocated funds.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- 1-2 years Accounts Receivable experience.
- Experience working in aged care is highly desirable
- Experience using Epicor is desirable
- Intermediate excel skills are important
- Good communication and organisational skills
