ABOUT THE COMPANY
TwoScots is partnering with a large wholesale distributor based in North Melbourne on an Accounts Receivable Officer role. The role is an immediate start based on an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend.

Role

The duties include but are not limited to:

• End to end Accounts Receivable function
• Processing customer claims & rebates
• Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Generate and send out invoices and statements
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Additional ad hoc duties as required

Skills + Experience

• Minimum 2 years Full function AR experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate excel skills is desirable
• Problem solver
• Good knowledge of Excel
• A proactive member within a team
