The Role

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end accounts payable processing
• High-volume invoice processing and data entry
• Supplier reconciliations and query resolution
• Processing payments and ensuring timely approvals
• Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks

About You

• Experience in accounts payable or finance (or strong desire to build a career in AP)
• Open to graduates and early career professionals
• Exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, D365 or similar) is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
